By accessing or using MobileAI services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MobileAI provides software and related support for in-app AI assistance, analytics, and support operations for supported mobile platforms.
3. Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for your account security and for activity that occurs under your workspace and credentials.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew on their billing cycle unless cancelled. Plan limits, retention, and support terms follow the active plan or a separate written agreement.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
